I'm not a lawyer, but in looking at ND's Century Code on sex crimes (http://www.legis.nd.gov/cencode/t121c20.pdf), I'm not so sure it would be considered a crime here either???? Any idea?

I feel it obviously should be a crime and maybe ND's code needs to be updated as well??? Could be wrong...maybe it is covered.
